A strong local economy benefits everyone. I will work to create an environment where businesses thrive, and residents have the opportunities they need to succeed. We must adopt forward-thinking strategies that not only support existing businesses but also attract new ones to our town. 

• Invest in Infrastructure: Improve local infrastructure to support both residential and business growth, ensuring a modern, sustainable Orchard Park.
• Support Local Businesses: Reduce red tape and offer incentives to help existing businesses grow while attracting new ones.
• Encourage Entrepreneurship: Foster a business-friendly environment to support startups and small businesses.
• Create Jobs & Opportunities: Promote job training, internships, and career pathways that lead to economic mobility.
• Reduced Tax Rates: Where possible, we will work to reduce tax rates for small businesses, giving them more room to invest in their growth and development.
• Small Business Incentive Program – Provide tax incentives and grants for new businesses that occupy long-vacant commercial spaces.
• Landlord Accountability Measures – Work with property owners to encourage fair lease terms and discourage prolonged vacancies.
• Start a small business council: Will serve as a direct link between small business owners and town leadership to address concerns and shape policies that encourage growth.

I believe that a successful town government is built on trust, transparency, and active participation. Your safety is a top priority. I am committed to enhancing public safety and supporting our first responders. 

          As town councilman I will: 

• Hold regular town hall meetings to ensure all residents have a voice in decisions that affect our community.
• Improve communication between residents and local government through digital updates, social media, and an accessible town website.
• Listen to the needs and concerns of every community member to ensure that Orchard Park remains a place where everyone feels heard and valued. 
• Support our police and fire departments with the resources they need to ensure swift and effective response times.
• Promote community policing programs to build strong relationships between law enforcement and residents.
• Expand recreational programs and mental health resources to ensure a safer and healthier community for all ages.

Orchard Park deserves a future built on thoughtful growth, economic opportunity, and a strong sense of community. My plan focuses on:

• Revitalizing Commercial Spaces – Addressing vacant storefronts by incentivizing small businesses and streamlining local permitting.
• Smart Infrastructure Investment – Improving roads, walkability, and public spaces while ensuring responsible development that preserves Orchard Park’s character.
• Affordable & Accessible Housing – Encouraging diverse housing options for young professionals, families, and seniors without overburdening infrastructure.
• Support for Local Businesses – Expanding resources for entrepreneurs and fostering a business-friendly environment that keeps money in our community.
• Sustainable Growth – Balancing economic development with green spaces, environmental protections, and smart zoning policies.

I am committed to fostering a community where every voice is heard, and everyone, including our youth, has the opportunity to thrive. Orchard Park is home to a growing senior population, and we must provide services that ensure they can live comfortably and stay engaged. 

• Expand Youth Programs: More recreational activities, sports and mentorship opportunities.
• Develop Community Leadership: Create a Youth Advisory Board and encourage volunteerism across all ages.
• Support Local Initiatives: Organize community events that bring residents together and strengthen bonds.
• Enhance Education & Career Development: Promote STEM programs, internships, and career pathways for youth.
• Ensure Safe, Welcoming Spaces: Maintain parks and public areas that are safe and inclusive for all residents. 
• Advocate for senior-friendly housing, transportation, and healthcare options to allow seniors to age in place within the community.
• Promote senior social programs and activities that foster connection and mental well-being.
• Work to improve accessibility to public spaces and ensure that all residents can navigate Orchard Park with ease.
